With one year to go the Brownlee brothers take first and third in the mens race and Helen Jenkins wins the women’s race on the prospective course for the 2012 Olympic Games triathlon in London, Great Britain.
The three Emma’s give Australia a 1 – 2 – 3 in the women’s round of triathlon’s ITU World Championship Series in Hamburg, Germany whilst Brad Kahlefeldt outsprints Will Clarke to the finish in the final two hundred metres of the run to win the men’s race.

Javier Gomez wins men’s race with Jonathan Brownlee taking silver after Alistair Brownlee slipped and injured himself on the third lap of the run having been with the lead pack throughout the race.
